I practice co-active and mindfulness coaching, a discovery process where you are in the driving seat, as you are whole, resourceful and creative, and I am sitting next to you, with the GPS, so that we can arrive safely to the destination you have chosen, and with some other exploratory tools, like positive psychology and non-violent communication, so that during this trip we can initiate conversations around what matters the most for you, what challenges you, what attitudes are the most recurring for you and what you make of it. Together, we will raise your level of awareness, first towards yourself and then towards the world at large, and we will strengthen your presence muscle.
During our coaching relationship, I will NEVER try to fix you (you are not broken, so why should you be fixed?) or save you (I am your equal, I am in not any position to save you!) or provide you with a solution to your problems.
I will, though, give you my whole presence, my loving kindness, my absence of judgement, powerful questions and reframing to evoke your awareness and my professionalism.
I ask you to bring ownership over the coaching process, your curiosity and openness, your honesty and your willingness to start a changing process.
You will always be in the driving seat, and I will be your co-pilot! I will design a safe framework for you to freely explore your inner landscape.

I’m Giulia
I am a former legal counsel specialised in financial markets’ regulations that one day realised that their impact on the world was not in line with their values. I have asked myself what was really important for me, and the answer was a resounding: to be of service to others!
And this is how I started to study and practice as a coach.
All the while, I had my own struggles: being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and finally having a name for the many quirks and excesses of my personality: autism and borderline personality disorder.
Through therapy, meditation, and studies, I have developed a toolbox that allows me to relate to myself and to the world authentically, without the constant need to mask and with a renewed appreciation for what makes me, me.
I am not resolved by any means, and I do not even try to be it.
I work daily towards my liberation from the many external and internal constraints, and I support others in doing the same, at their own pace and following their own rhythm.
I offer a safe space, especially to neurodivergent and/or queer folks, where people can explore and experiment and where they can strengthen their agency and empowerment.
I also share my lived experience, as a queer and neurodivergent person, and while always respecting my client’s autonomy, I aim to be part of a supporting system.
I believe that no one should feel alone in their uniqueness and each uniqueness should be celebrated!

Pricing
The cost for one 60 minutes session is on a sliding scale from EUR 50 to EUR 75. Please consider paying less on the scale if you are a single parent, if you receive public assistance, if you have been denied work due to incarceration history, if you are part of a marginalised community, if you are in significant debt.
Please consider paying more on the scale if you have a high income, if you own the house you live in or you do not have to pay rent/mortgage, if you have access to generational wealth, if you can afford to travel, if you work part-time by choice, if you have a high earning power (actual or potential) due to your level of education.
Economic justice is a core value of mine and I try to apply it in everything I do, and this is why I am asking you to consider your economic and social situation before deciding how much you are able to pay for my services.
I trust that you will offer what you can afford.
